You need to undertake a Business Impact Assessment to determine the impact of an interruption over time on your organisation. We can undertake this for you or provide support and training for an in-house team to undertake the task. A project to conduct a BIA and propose an appropriate continuity strategy can usually be undertaken at a fixed-price once the scope is agreed.

We have the information to create plans but are not sure how to document and manage them.

Whilst we never write plans for clients, we have a variety of templates that can help you to organise and maintain a continuity plan.

We need help implementing our plan

Selling the plan to the organisation is one of the more difficult tasks. We have considerable experience in selecting the right approaches to embed the concept into the culture of the organisation at all levels. We can work beside your staff providing resources and ideas.

We have a plan but are not sure if it will work

We have run numerous desktop and walkthrough exercises to test the content and assumptions of plans. If appropriate we will use multimedia to set the scene and use journalists, actors and personalities to create a realistic experience. Thorough preparation will ensure that the scenario is believable and a detailed report of the results of the exercise will be provided with recommendations for plan improvement.
